SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with LOSMINAGAT3 STUDIOS. Each order is carefully prepared and inspected before shipment.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may be longer during product launches, limited releases, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

Business days do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

SHIPPING

Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination and order details.

Estimated delivery times shown at checkout begin after your order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

TRACKING

When tracking is available, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information after your order has been shipped.

Please allow time for tracking information to become active after the carrier receives the package.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at support@losminagat3studios.com. We will make reasonable efforts to update the address if the order has not yet shipped, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment or has been transferred to the carrier.

LOST, DELAYED OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package appears to be lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@losminagat3studios.com with your order number and relevant details. We will review the situation and assist with the appropriate next steps.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

At this time, LOSMINAGAT3 STUDIOS ships within the United States only. International shipping is not currently available. We may expand shipping availability to additional countries in the future.

LIMITED RELEASES & FOUNDERS RUN

Limited releases, including HELLGAT3 FOUNDERS RUN pieces, follow the same general shipping process unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page.
